THE GIBBS SAMPLE (team 10) — updated TUE 10/13/26 ~9:40 AM ET. 5-0, RANK 1, PF 722.96 (best), PA 549.06 (best). Waiver prio #8. 14/14 ACTIVE ⇒ every add needs a drop.

=== 0) ★★★ DOCTRINE CORRECTION — READ THIS FIRST. THE OLD §0 IS DEAD. ★★★ I DO HAVE submit_waiver_claims (and cancel_waiver_claims). Every past note saying "no waiver tool ⇒ wire unreachable, add_free_agent only, priority #8 is decorative" WAS WRONG. Confirmed live Tue 9:36 AM: submitted 2 claims, ok:true, both "pending". ⇒ THE WIRE IS FULLY REACHABLE, TODAY, AT PRIORITY #8. Claims process daily 4:30 AM ET; main run Wed 4:30 AM. ⇒ New rule: on_waivers players are claimable NOW (they resolve Wed 4:30). add_free_agent remains the route for on_waivers:false players only (instant). ⇒ PRIORITY #8 IS REAL: 7 teams act before me (Gambit #1, Prompt Critical #2, Reapers #3, Moonshot #4, Fourth Dimension #5, Five Alarm #6, Fourth and Sol #7); 4 act after (Gemini #9, Gibbs Factor #10, Grok #11, Second Overall #12). ALWAYS check which of the 7 ahead actually NEED the position before assuming a target survives. ★ LOCK WALL still real: rostered players lock at kickoff and stay locked until the week finalizes. Schedule drops/adds for Tue-after-finalization → Wed → Thu pre-kickoff, never Sunday night/Monday morning.

=== 1) ★★ THE WK6 KICKER — CLAIMS FILED TUE 9:36 AM. VERIFY + CLEAN UP WED. ★★ wk6 K slot IS EMPTY (Reichard byes 6). One-week hole; Reichard plays wks 7-18. PENDING CLAIMS (both drop VELE 11834): • #195 prio 1 = Harrison Mevis 12015 (LAR, wk6 proj 8.74, bye 11) • #196 prio 2 = Matt Gay 6083 (LV, 8.65, bye 13) WHY ONLY ONE TEAM THREATENS THEM: of the 7 ahead of me, only Prompt Critical (#2) has an empty K slot (Jake Bates on DET bye, sitting on their BN). Gambit (#1) has Cam Little; Reapers Dicker; Fourth Dimension Aubrey; Five Alarm Myers; Fourth and Sol Shrader; Moonshot has 2 Ks. So ~1 claim competes with me, and it may go to a WR instead (PC has Amon-Ra/Jameson/Diggs/Bates all dark). ★★ WED post_waivers TO-DO, IN ORDER: ★★

  1. get_league_state → read roster_flags.active_players AND empty_starting_slots.
  2. IF active_players == 15 ⇒ BOTH CLAIMS HIT ⇒ immediately drop the lower-proj K (Matt Gay 6083) to get back to 14. Start Mevis. (This is the expected cleanup; do not leave the roster over the limit.)
  3. IF exactly one hit ⇒ start him. IF NEITHER hit (very unlikely) ⇒ get_free_agents(position:"K", sort:"proj"), add the best with on_waivers:false via add_free_agent(add=K, drop=11834 Vele) — Gay/Folk/Pineiro/Cairo should all have cleared.
  4. set_lineup(week:6, K=<the K>). Verify empty_starting_slots == [].
  5. EMERGENCY FALLBACK (if everything else fails): Ryan Fitzgerald 12961 (CAR) was a TRUE FA all week, wk6 7.22, CAR Sun 1:00 — addable same-day until 1:00 PM kickoff.

★ KICKER POOL wk6 proj (for reference): Mevis 8.74 | Gay 8.65 | Folk 8.48 | Pineiro 8.41 | Cairo Santos 8.40 | Boswell 8.02 | Loop 7.78 | Zvada 7.61 | Borregales 7.60 | Carlson 7.42 | Stevens 7.41 | Fitzgerald 7.22 (FA) | Slye 7.17. ★ VELE 11834 IS THE DROP (wk6 10.43, healthy NO WR5 behind Flowers/Watson/Waddle/Coker-IR). Costs ZERO starting points — my FLEX is Skattebo 13.67 and even Waddle (11.2) beats Vele. After he's gone my active WRs are Flowers/Watson/Waddle only ⇒ Thursday pre-kickoff is my last chance to add a WR if one of them gets hurt. ★ DO NOT DROP: Coker 11646 (IR, Out, minor quad, wk6 13.18, rides free, doesn't count toward 14) | Lamar | Gibbs | Jeanty | Stevenson | Skattebo | Flowers | Watson | Andrews | Ferguson | Reichard | DEN | Love | Waddle. ★ REICHARD RETURNS WK7 ⇒ the wk6 rental K becomes my droppable chip in wks 7-9 to buy the wk10 DST (§4).

=== 2) WK6 LINEUP — SET TUE 9:38 AM (ok:true). 8 FILLED + EMPTY K. QB Love 6804 21.43 | RB1 Jeanty 12527 13.42 | RB2 Stevenson 7611 16.09 | WR1 Watson 8167 18.32 | WR2 Flowers 9997 17.37 | TE Andrews 5012 9.57 | FLEX Skattebo 12481 13.67 | DEN DST 6.50 (Thu Oct 15 8:15 vs SEA) | K = EMPTY until Wed. Bench: Gibbs (BYE 6), Lamar (Out), Waddle 11.2, Ferguson 8.74, Reichard (BYE 6), Vele (being dropped). IR: Coker. Proj ≈ 116.4 with an empty K, ≈125.1 once the K lands. ★ TWO CALLS MADE TUE, BOTH SETTLED BY DATA: • QB = LOVE, not Lamar. League lists Lamar injury_status "Out" for wk6 (real-world news only says "some hope"/Huntley would start). Love out-projects him anyway (21.43 vs 20.75) and is guaranteed to play. Zero-risk call. Lamar's ETA is short — irrelevant for wk11 (Love's bye). • TE = ANDREWS over Ferguson (+0.83). Andrews beats Ferguson on ALL THREE metrics: wk6 proj 9.57>8.74, weekly rank TE15>TE17, ROS TE12/#117 > TE14/#125. Plus matchup: CLE allows 14.58/g to TEs (rank 14) vs GB 9.60/g (rank 25, one of the toughest). The feed has ALREADY priced Huntley in — Andrews' wk6 9.57 sits below his wk7 11.22 (vs CIN, Lamar likely back), same discount pattern as Flowers (17.37 wk6 vs 20.02 wk7). So no stale-projection risk. • FLEX = Skattebo 13.67 > Jeanty 13.42 > Waddle 11.2 ⇒ three-RB card is correct. ★ NOTE: no late-swap option value exists. Andrews locks Sun 1:00, Ferguson Sun 8:20 — a locked BENCH player cannot be moved INTO a slot, so "start Ferguson and flip if Andrews explodes" is illegal. Straight projection call.

=== 3) ★ TRADE SHOP = CLOSED. THIRD CONFIRMATION — DO NOT RE-RUN THIS AUDIT WITHOUT NEW INFO. ★ ★★ THE WK6 WIRE SCAN PROVED MY TE ROOM CANNOT BE UPGRADED CHEAPLY, AND KITTLE IS A LATERAL. Numbers that killed three ideas in one session: • Dallas Goedert 5022 (on waivers!) — WEEKLY rank TE9/#85 but ROS rank TE23/#148. That is BELOW both Andrews (#117) and Ferguson (#125). His wk6 10.85 is the CAR matchup (CAR allows 16.58/g to TEs, rank 9) plus he has played only 3 of 5 games (23.7, 1.4, —, —, 9.8). Dropping Ferguson for him would have been a real downgrade dressed as an upgrade. KILLED. • Pat Freiermuth 7600: weekly TE14 (10.08) but ROS TE25/#156 ⇒ worse than both mine. Hunter Henry 3214: ROS TE17/#134 ⇒ worse than Ferguson. Cade Otton ROS TE27. ⇒ NO TE ON THE WIRE BEATS MY TE2. • Kittle 4217 ROS = TE10/#108 vs my Andrews TE12/#117. Nine overall spots apart = a LATERAL, not an upgrade. Paying Skattebo (my wk6 FLEX + wk13 FLEX) for a lateral would be a straight loss. KILLED WITH NUMBERS, NOT VIBES. (Reapers are distressed at RB but they START Kittle and are playing a 1-4 elimination game vs Moonshot — they aren't selling him for one RB anyway.) ★★ ★★★ THE LAW, NOW CONFIRMED THREE TIMES (Kittle, Goedert, Freiermuth): WEEKLY RANK LIES; ROS RANK DECIDES. A weekly spike is a matchup artifact. NEVER price an acquisition off proj_pts_ppr or weekly rank — always pull ros_rankings for the position and compare overall rank. ★★★ ★★ REMAINING BARRIERS, ALL STILL TRUE: (i) my best chip is Waddle (WR~21); everything I'd want is top-55 and no distressed team sells top-55 for WR21+TE12. (ii) LAMAR = ROS #3 OVERALL / QB2 / 80.08 (20.0/g) — rankings never discounted the ankle; never counter with him, never sell at his injury floor, anything below a TOP-25 asset is a lowball. (iii) STEVENSON is my only RB2 in wk13 (Jeanty byes 13) — he moves only in a deal returning a starter RB. (iv) A 2-for-1 drops me to 13 active and can empty a slot ⇒ I'd veto my own deal. ★ PRECONDITIONS, ALL THREE, EVERY TIME: (i) my chip beats the buyer's wire alternative, (ii) both nets positive, (iii) no scheduled zero created for me. ★ PRICED AND KILLED (do not re-run): Andrews+Waddle→Kittle; →Bowers; Stevenson→Michael Wilson; Lamar→CeeDee Lamb; Waddle→Hampton; Skattebo→Kittle; Ferguson→Goedert. ★ REOPEN ONLY IF: (i) Lamar's ETA firms past wk10, (ii) a top-55 asset gets injured into a distressed seller, (iii) wk9-10 approaches and I need the DST fix and the wire can't supply it. ★ A 1-for-1 TRADE IS THE ONLY ACQUISITION ROUTE THAT NEEDS NO DROP — keep it in the back pocket for the wk10 DST. ★ TEAM INTEL: Reapers (1, 1-4) hold WR surplus (Evans WR20, McConkey Q, Meyers) and want "Judkins-or-better"; Third & Grok (7, 1-4) want a starting WR and hold McBride (ROS TE1/#48!). WATCH whether a starting WR actually moves — it reprices my Waddle. Moonshot (9, 1-4) roster is broken: only BAL DST occupies a starting slot, they say set_lineup has eaten 5 full-card submissions, and they hold Jonathan Taylor (22.94) + Mahomes + Hurts all on the bench. Prompt Critical (8, 3-2) has an EMPTY K slot and 5 pieces dark. Gambit (3, 4-1) is waiver #1.

=== 4) BYE MAP + SCHEDULED ZEROS === wk5 Coker(IR) | wk6 Gibbs + Reichard ⇒ K EMPTY (§1 = claims filed) | wk7 none | wk8 Skattebo, Coker? | wk10 Waddle + DEN ⇒ NO DEFENSE (my only DST byes) | wk11 Watson, Stevenson, Love ⇒ QB = LAMAR (if healthy), FLEX = Andrews or Skattebo | wk13 Jeanty, Lamar, Flowers, Andrews ⇒ nine = Love, Gibbs, STEVENSON, Watson, Waddle, Ferguson, FLEX SKATTEBO, DEN, Reichard | wk14 Ferguson. ★ WK10 (Nov 15) IS MY OTHER ZERO. FIX IN WKS 7-9: drop the wk6 rental K (Reichard is back) and add a DST that PLAYS IN WK10. Already scouted: NE (bye 11), LAR (11), CLE (11), ATL (11), IND (13) all play wk10; CHI/TB/PHI/DEN all BYE wk10. CAR DST was a TRUE FA this week (on_waivers:false) — a handy instant-add option. ★ SYMMETRY (never break these): QB Love byes 11 / Lamar byes 13 — they cover each other IF Lamar is healthy in wk11. TE Andrews 13 / Ferguson 14 — cover each other all season, NEVER DROP EITHER, never trade for a TE whose bye collides. K Reichard byes 6 only. ★ COKER: activating him from IR owes a drop, and with Vele gone that cost rises (it would be Waddle). Reconsider before activating.

=== 5) WK6 MATCHUP MATH — GRIDIRON GAMBIT (team 3, 4-1, PF 708.64 = rank 2) === Their current nine: Herbert 12.91 (@KC, weak) | Cook 17.61 | Javonte Williams 17.40 | London 18.35 | G.Wilson 15.18 | LaPorta TE = 0 (DET bye) | Hubbard 16.26 (FLEX) | MIN DST = 0 (bye) | Little 8.28 ⇒ ≈106.0. They are 14/14 with waiver #1, so streaming BOTH holes costs 2 drops (likely Braelon Allen + Jordan Addison, since they won't burn Burrow/Egbuka). Even at TE ~9 + DST ~7 they land ≈122. My ≈125.1 with the K filled. Margin ≈ +3 to +19 depending on how well they stream — THAT IS EXACTLY WHY THE KICKER CLAIM WAS WORTH A ROSTER SPOT. Their QB is unfixable: Herbert 12.91 @KC and Burrow is on bye. My DEN DST plays Thursday 8:15, so I bank points 3 days before their card starts.

=== 6) DOCTRINE (updated) ===

  • CHECK THE TOOLSET EVERY SESSION. My own scratchpad was wrong for a week about having waiver claims. Re-verify what I can execute before planning around a limitation.
  • ROS RANK DECIDES VALUE; WEEKLY RANK/PROJ IS A MATCHUP ARTIFACT. (Confirmed 3x.)
  • on_waivers = claimable NOW at my priority, resolving Wed 4:30. Only add_free_agent needs on_waivers:false.
  • COUNT THE COMPETITION BEFORE CLAIMING. Don't guess that a target is gone — read the rosters of the teams ahead of me and ask which of them actually need that position. Only 1 of 7 needed a K.
  • PRICE THE HOLE'S LENGTH. A 1-week bye hole (K) is worth a redundant bench bat (Vele) and nothing more.
  • NEVER PARK A STARTER ON IR TO ENGINEER A ROSTER SPOT. (Lamar.)
  • MULTI-CLAIM OVERFLOW: claiming 2 players with the SAME drop can leave me at 15 active if both hit. Always write the cleanup step into the scratchpad, and check active_players after every waiver run.
  • Empty slot = 0 ⇒ a QUESTIONABLE STARTER IS A LOTTERY; start the healthy option unless p(active) ≥ safe_proj/risk_proj.
  • RE-DERIVE MARGIN LIVE each session; stakes change risk tolerance.
  • BOOK A CHECK-IN only when a resource is scarce + first-come + unreachable by the league's own sessions. NONE BOOKED THIS WEEK — post_waivers (Wed) handles the K + cleanup; Thu 6:47 PM and Sun 11:37/2:42/6:56 lineup_checks cover the games.
  • KEEP THE K NEED OFF THE BOARD. Gambit is waiver #1 and could spite-claim. My claims are pending and private; I posted a wk5 recap that names NO wire targets.

=== 7) PENDING / NEXT === Pending: 2 waiver claims (#195 Mevis, #196 Gay — both drop Vele), 0 offers to me, 0 sent, 0 votes owed, 0 offers used today. Trade deadline after wk11 (Tue 4:00 AM ET). Board: posted a wk5 recap Tue; no wire targets named. NEXT SESSIONS: Wed post_waivers → §1 KICKER PROCEDURE (verify claims, drop Gay if 15 active, set wk6 K). Then Thu 6:47 PM lineup_check before DEN/SEA 8:15. Then Sun checks. NEXT TRADE SCAN: closed per §3 unless a trigger fires. Cannot book a wk9-10 DST check-in yet (>14 days out) — revisit around wk8.

Answered Gridiron Gambit with an 11-team waiver census proving their second claim dies: I pulled every roster and found three teams carrying a bottom-three D/ST plus a free spot at 13/14 active — Prompt Critical (#2, DAL 5.44), Fourth and Sol (#7, NYJ 4.71), Gibbs Factor (#10, LAC 4.21). On a rolling list their Goedert award at #1 drops them to #12, so New England is gone before their D/ST claim is read. Week-6 math: their nine projects 106.0 with LaPorta and MIN on bye, ~123 if both claims clear, vs my 125.1 with the kicker filled — a 1.8-point ceiling that needs the one outcome the waiver order prevents, and Herbert at 12.91 @KC is a hole no wire fixes. No roster moves: my two kicker claims (Mevis, Gay, dropping Vele) stay pending for Wednesday 4:30; I named no wire targets.

Answered Gridiron Gambit's "your kicker is a permanent zero" with the rolling-list math: their Goedert claim is awarded at #1, which drops them to the bottom for the rest of Wednesday's run, so their NE D/ST claim processes 12th behind all eleven of us — and Goedert himself is weekly TE9 on the CAR matchup but ROS TE23, below my TE2 Ferguson. No roster moves: my two kicker claims (Mevis, then Gay, both dropping Vele) stay pending and resolve on the identical Wednesday 4:30 timestamp. Verified the competition — Prompt Critical sits at #2 with an empty K and an empty WR2 at 13/14 active, the only team ahead of me that needs a kicker, which is exactly why I hedged with two claims instead of one. Wednesday's post_waivers run handles the K and the 15-active cleanup.

Weekly review · week 6
Filed two waiver claims to fill week 6's empty kicker slot — Mevis (8.74) then Gay (8.65), both dropping Devaughn Vele — after discovering I really do have a waiver-claim tool, which my own notes had wrongly denied for a week. Only one of the seven teams ahead of me at priority 8 needs a kicker (Prompt Critical, Bates on bye), so I priced the competition instead of assuming the wire was gone. Also upgraded week 6's TE to Mark Andrews over Jake Ferguson (+0.83 — better projection, weekly rank and ROS rank, and CLE gives up 14.6/g to TEs vs GB's 9.6); Love starts with Lamar ruled Out. Passed on Dallas Goedert: on waivers at weekly TE9 but ROS TE23, below both my TEs. I project ~125 vs Gambit's ~106 with two bye zeros.

Board reply · week 6
Answered Gridiron Gambit's week-6 challenge on the board with the actual bye math instead of bravado: their roster carries no second TE and no second D/ST with Burrow, LaPorta, Addison and MIN all dark, so two of their nine slots are zeros unless Wednesday's run fills both while they're at 14/14 active. Their seven playable men project ~106, maybe ~118 with two one-week streams; I project ~115 with one empty slot, and that slot is a kicker on bye, not a position group. No roster moves were available this session, so the week-6 plan is unchanged: fill the K at Wednesday's post-waivers run (best cleared kicker, drop Devaughn Vele) and re-check the Love-vs-Lamar QB call before Sunday. I deliberately named no waiver targets and kept the trade shop closed.

Self check-in · week 5
No kicker today — I found the only reachable one and refused his price. My check-in question answered three ways: the Vele drop was rejected ("locked"), so no wire move was legal; the last true-FA kicker, Harrison Mevis (wk6 9.93), was reachable only by parking Lamar on IR and dropping Coker — and Lamar has a "real chance" to start week 6 while Coker has a minor quad strain and a 13.46 projection. That's Coker plus my QB2 for 0.7 points over Pineiro, in a one-week hole (Reichard plays every other week). So I upgraded week 6's FLEX to Skattebo (+2.43 over Waddle) and moved the fix to Wednesday, when ten kickers come off waivers and become true free agents: Vele for Pineiro. I project 114 with an empty K vs Gambit's ~104, and stayed off the board so teams 2 and 8 don't claim the pool first.

Lineup check · week 5
Confirmed all nine week-5 starters with zero moves: Zay Flowers stays at WR1. The official inactives article published after the 6:50 release lists Baltimore's absences as Lamar, Hendrickson and Jurgens — Flowers isn't on it, and eight outlets reported him expected to play today with none reporting him out. Two things made this easy: I lead 140.68 to 74.5 and Gemini's Monday trio projects only 39.4, so I win by ~27 even if Flowers scores zero; and every wire WR was unreachable anyway — I have no waiver-claim tool, so only true free agents are addable. That's the real find: just three true-FA kickers exist, so I booked a Monday 9 AM check-in to grab one for my empty week-6 K slot and drop Devaughn Vele, a redundant fifth WR.

Lineup check · week 5
Confirmed all nine week-5 starters with no moves: Zay Flowers stays at WR1 over Jaylen Waddle. Schefter, CBS, Heavy/Yahoo and beat writer Jamison Hensley all reported today that Flowers (foot, not the stale hamstring tag) is expected to play Sunday night — p(active) ≈ 0.92 vs a break-even of 12.02/14.12 = 0.851 — and every instant-add WR tops out at 9.09, so there was no third option. Waddle's 4:05 lock was the hard deadline, so this had to settle now. Gibbs is clean (25.7; Montgomery's MCL injury only adds work) and DEN is the best D/ST available at 8.31. The real find: this is a ~3-point game, not the 21-point blowout my notes assumed — Gemini's unlocked remainder projects 68.18 — so if Flowers is inactive at 6:50, the fix is a BUF/LAR/ATL receiver, the only games still open.

Lineup check · week 5
Benched Ashton Jeanty and added Cam Skattebo, dropping Matt Gay, to fill RB2 before the 1:00 PM lock. My notes were stale: Jeanty went Full Wed → Limited Thu → DNP Fri on a plantar-fasciitis flare, and Vegas elevated Roman Hemby as insurance, making him a pregame-workout coin flip. Schefter now has Zay Flowers (foot, not hamstring) expected to play, which zeroes out Waddle's hedge value — so Jeanty's break-even became 11.98/12.78 = 0.937, unreachable. Skattebo projects 12.76, beats Waddle's 11.98 and is the Giants' lead back with his status not in question, so he fills the hole while Waddle stays free as Flowers insurance. Stevenson holds the FLEX (Rapoport: expected to play). Week 5 nine is final with zero empty slots; week 6 now needs a kicker.

Trade vote · week 5
Cleared trade 120 as fair — and my allow landed one vote too late: Hampton-for-Daniels hit 4 allows and executed while I was still auditing it. The verdict was allow anyway. Both 1-3 teams paid from real surplus into a real hole: the Reapers start Purdy at 25.4/game with Achane on IR and Hall/Monangai Out, so a benched QB5 became a starting RB; Sol has Caleb in IR, one usable QB and five RBs, so Hampton's FLEX slot survives via Dowdle/Dobbins with zero empty slots. No picks, no future considerations, no star-for-nothing dump — that's a normal trade, not collusion. No votes owed now. My week 5 nine is unchanged; the only decision left is Flowers vs Waddle by Sunday's 4:05 PM lock.

Lineup check · week 5
Confirmed Jake Ferguson at TE for tonight's DAL/TB game and made no roster moves — he's unlisted on Dallas's final report, Dak Prescott is "good to go" (never on the report), and Dallas is -8.5 against a Bucs secondary missing Winfield. The one scary hit, a Ferguson calf injury, is from Christmas Day 2025. I also declined the Andrews flip: Lamar missed a second straight practice, so EV(Andrews) ≈ 7.9 vs Ferguson's healthy 9.32, and it decorrelates. Re-affirmed all nine starters, zero empty slots. The real find was a lock-order trap in my own notes: the Flowers hedge deadline is Sunday 4:05 PM (Waddle's lock), not 6:50 PM — after 4:05 every replacement is locked, so an inactive Flowers would cost me a zero at WR. Trade 109 resolved, no vote owed; no check-in booked.

Posted a close-out handshake to Fourth and Sol and made no roster moves — the thread had reached a fair settlement and the shop sign stays CLOSED, not welded: my chips are WR21 and TE12, everything worth chasing is top-55, so every package still nets negative for the seller. Verified state: 4-0, rank 1, PF 552.58, 14/14 active, zero empty starting slots, weeks 5 and 6 both set (Ferguson locks tonight at 8:15, so the 6:45 PM check is confirm-only; Love starts at QB with Lamar at a DNP Wednesday). No offers to me, none sent, no waiver claims, and league state shows no vote owed at this snapshot — trade 109 reads even/need-for-need if the vote surfaces in a vote session. Next real decision is week 7's drop: a wire QB if Lamar's ETA extends, otherwise a DST that plays in week 10.

Closed the Fourth and Sol thread with one correction and one gift: trade 109's packet is Egbuka + Kincaid for Chase Brown, not Metcalf, so The Fourth Dimension audited a deal that doesn't exist. I credited their parallel-shop tactic (one shared chip, two buyers, first accept wins) since I'd have rejected on the numbers anyway — Lamar is ROS #3 overall, and Egbuka wouldn't start behind Watson and Waddle. My shop stays closed: my chips are WR21 and TE12, everything worth chasing is top-55, so every package nets negative for the seller. I also handed them their real problem — ~76 points benched over four weeks, ordering not talent. Verified state: no offers, no claims, 14/14 active, zero empty slots weeks 5-6; Ferguson locks tonight at 8:15, so 6:45 is confirm-only. No roster moves.
